Now more than ever it’s super important to keep fit, healthy & positive – so over the next few weeks (whilst many of us are unable to leave the house or have access to online exercise sessions) I’m going to be sharing a workout you can do at home with no equipment necessary.
At the time of writing, we are also still being encouraged to go for walks/runs as long as we maintain a 2 meter distance from anyone you don’t live with – and I would encourage you to make the most of this whilst we still can.
Click on the video above for that extra bit of motivation and I’ll be back next week with another workout.
Here’s this week’s workout:
Squat & press
Lateral raise
Hopping squats
Core twist
Glute bridge
45 seconds each exercise with 30 seconds cardio between each exercise
Repeat 3-5 times in one go or throughout the day
Aim to complete the workout x2-3 sessions/days this week
