Steve specialises in injury prevention and utilises his knowledge of how the body works alongside his passion for helping people. Away from work, he loves to relax watching sports and films, as well as being outside in the sun (preferably with dogs!)

Mia
Bounce Fitness Instructor
Mia is a full time Teaching Assistant who enjoys socialising & travelling to new places. Mia started attending Bounce Fitness classes in 2022 and loved it so much that she became an instructor! Her other passion is sociology which she has studied at degree, masters and PhD level.

- Best piece of advice: Things happen for a reason, when things get hard try and believe that you are on the right path. I have always believed that hard things are sent to test us and we always come out stronger in the end!
Charlie
Bounce Fitness Instructor
Charlie works full time in the NHS as a Clinical Trainer. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, walking her sausage dog and all types of exercise. Charlie originally joined Bounce Fitness as a client in 2024 before qualifying as a Level 2 Group Fitness Instructor soon after.

Dawn
Trainee Bounce Fitness Instructor
Dawn works full time as a Senior L.S.A at a school. Her spare time involves sausage dogs & keeping active and she loves a sunny beach holiday! Dawn has been a Bounce Fitness client since January 2024 but has recently been working towards her Level 2 Instructor qualification and is due to start leading classes in the Spring.
