Bounce Fitness classes

Bounce Fitness is for people like you who want to get fit, lose weight & tone up but hate the idea of going to a gym or feel intimidated going to traditional fitness classes. You need exercise to be enjoyable, or else you’ll make excuses not to go, and efficient so you start feeling the benefits straight away.

Our 45-minute mini trampoline classes will help to kick-start your fitness, weight loss & toning goals and cater to all abilities – especially beginners and those with injuries. We aim to make exercise fun with our friendly instructors, welcoming atmosphere & lots of bouncing too!

What is Bounce Fitness?

Bounce Fitness is a total-body cardio workout based on mini trampolines. It is fun for all ages & abilities and can be done as part of one of our Bounce Fitness classes or at home on your own with Becky’s Bounce for Fitness workout.

Bounce Fitness is very effective for anyone who wants to lose weight. This is because the additional gravity acting against you when you bounce, means you weigh more than when you exercise on the ground. And when you weigh more, you burn more calories so you’ll achieve your weight loss goals quicker with Bounce Fitness!

Bounce Fitness is low impact – meaning it won’t damage the bones or joints like other forms of exercise such as road running or aerobics. This will help you keep up your new exercise regime without getting injured and ultimately achieve your goals quicker!

Bounce Fitness works the entire body in one go – including your internal organs – so you’ll look great on the outside and feel healthy on the inside too. It also works your lymphatic drainage system so you can detoxify whilst you workout and boost your immunity to help prevent illness.

Bounce Fitness combines toning with cardio exercise to save you the time of having to do separate exercise classes so you’ll see results much quicker and fit in to your favourite clothes much sooner.

Bounce Fitness helps to develop strong core muscles – in the tummy, lower back & bum – so you’ll have better posture and less back pain. It’s also good for aspiring athletes who want to improve their balance and coordination for their chosen sport.

It’s fun because you can go at your own pace and not get de-motivated when you can’t keep up with other people in the class.
