Now more than ever it’s super important to keep fit, healthy & positive – so over the next few weeks (whilst the gyms are still closed and you may not have access to online alternatives) I’m going to be sharing a workout you can do at home with minimal equipment necessary.

Here’s this week’s workout:
Squats
Lunges
Glute bridge
Squat pulses
Straight leg deadlift
60, 50, 40, 30, 30 + 90 seconds bonus circuit = 30 minute lower body workout!
Aim to complete the workout at least once this week
