With only a couple of weeks to go before the Easter weekend, this weeks video blog is a motivational reminder to put the effort in NOW so you can celebrate your success with an Easter egg or hot cross bun!

An extra walk, run or fitness class will help burn hundreds of extra calories or swap your daily latte or cappuccino for a white Americano coffee to reduce your calorie intake and notice a difference on the scales.

That walk, run, fitness class etc. will also help boost your energy levels and take you one step closer to achieving your fitness goals.
