Over the summer weeks, I’m going to share with you a video workout that you can do at home using minimal equipment. The workouts are aimed at a beginner to intermediate level but I’ll also tell you how you can make them harder and easier too!
Click on the video above for this week’s workout which is a great 15-minute abs & core session that aims to strengthen & tone the tummy & lower back muscles for less back pain, better posture and more definition!
