The LIVE workouts now streams on Instagram and Facebook every Saturday morning at 9am.

The workouts are suitable for ALL ages & abilities – including beginners – and you don’t need any equipment, but if you’ve got some we can make use of it.

 The workouts are GREAT if you want to get fitter, lose weight, tone up and feel more energised & confident before the Summer.
