Summer is here ā˜€ļø which means it is time to de-layer and stop hiding behind baggy jumpers and joggers! 😱 But if the thought of wearing vest tops, shorts and swimwear gives you nightmares then this advice is for YOU!

In the video above, I give you my favourite 5 exercises that you can do at home (with minimal space & equipment required) to help tone up key areas of the body – legs, bum, arms & tum – so you can tone up & feel more confident on the beach, on your holidays or doing whatever you have planned this Summer.

I’ve also given 3 different levels for each exercise / area of the body so there is something for everyone, it is really simple to follow and you’ll be feeling the benefits in no time!
