This week, is my 5th and final step to help you lose weight & get fit before the end of 2015.
To recap, Step 1 is to set goals. Step 2 is to make a plan of action. Step 3 is to take the first step and do your first exercise session. Step 4 is to keep a food diary and swap at least 2 unhealthy foods for healthy foods each week and step 5 is to evaluate your progress & repeat all of that for the next 10 weeks in order to lose weight & get fit before the end of the year!
