Spring is nearly here (YAY!) andĀ thereās no better time to start getting fit and in particular start runningā¦Ā Running is definitely more appealing whenĀ the weather is better and the days are longerĀ so it would make sense that I share my (almost) two decades of running experience & knowledge with you over the next few weeks.
