It finally got the better of me!… After 6 months of feeling really smug at not having caught a cold, my body finally succumbed – and during birthday-week too! ā˜¹ļø Anyway, that prompted me to answer the question that I get asked quite a lot and I recorded a video to share my experiences of exercising (or not) when you are ill.

I’m no doctor so please do not take this as fact! It’s just advice from my own experiences and what I would advise my clients. All being well, I’ll be back to full health soon enough and I hope you are too if you’ve been feeling ‘under the weather’ recently.
