At this time of year, with the lighter mornings & evenings and (hopefully) better weather, you may be thinking about starting running but maybe don’t know how to. So I’ve put together my top tips & advice on how even complete beginners can get started this Springtime and be running your first 5K in as little as 6 weeks from now.

If you follow my advice I promise you will…

  • Be able to call yourself a runner!
  • Improve your fitness & stamina
  • Boost your mental & physical wellbeing
  • Feel happier & more energised
  • Burn hundreds of calories for weight management
  • Run your first 5K this Springtime!

If you need any extra help with your running goals then I would love to help! Here’s what we have on offer currently:

  • Small Group PT via Zoom ( 3 spaces available @ 6.30am / 9.30am )
  • Mini trampoline Bounce Fitness classes ( Limited spaces in all locations )

Please do get in touch if you would like more information or to book a free taster.
