Would you like to lose half a stone before Christmas?
There’s just under 6 weeks to go until the big day and so every day counts if you want to be able to enjoy a guilt free Christmas.
Here’s my action plan for losing half a stone before Christmas so you can enjoy all the Christmas treats and still fit in your favourite New Year party outfit.
Day 1
– Set up a profile on My Fitness Pal – the free food & exercise diary app
– Log your food & drink consumption, as accurately as possible, plus any activity
– Aim to be within your calorie allowance for the day
– Aim to do 20-30 minutes of activity minimum
– Aim to drink 1-2 litres of plain water minimum
Day 2
– Log your food & drink consumption, as accurately as possible, plus any activity
– Aim to be within your calorie allowance for the day
– Aim to do 20-30 minutes of activity minimum
– Aim to drink 1-2 litres of plain water minimum
Day 3-6
– Log your food & drink consumption, as accurately as possible, plus any activity
– Aim to be within your calorie allowance for the day
– Aim to do 20-30 minutes of activity minimum
– Aim to drink 1-2 litres of plain water minimum
Day 7
– Log your food & drink consumption, as accurately as possible, plus any activity
– Aim to be within your calorie allowance for the WEEK as a whole
– Aim to do 20-30 minutes of activity minimum or more if you need to balance out calories
– Aim to drink 1-2 litres of plain water minimum
Week 2-6
– Log your food & drink consumption, as accurately as possible, plus any activity
– Make sure you are within your calorie allowance for the WEEK as a whole
– 2.5 hours of exercise or activity minimum for the week
– Drink 2 litres of plain water minimum per day
And there you go – simple really! You just need to start today and take each day as it comes. Ask me if you have any questions!
