With 6 weeks to go until Christmas, I am here to help encourage, motivate and advise on how to stay in shape around being busy, socialising more and perhaps lacking enthusiasm to keep active this Winter. The easy thing to do would be to put your fitness goals off until January, but I want to help you to stop making excuses and to start feeling healthier & happier BEFORE Christmas. That way you can hit the ground running in the New Year and not be overweight, unfit and feeling lethargic like everyone else!
