Water is essential for the body to function so it make sense that we would prioritise drinking plenty of water on a daily basis, right?
Well unfortunately, it seems people are falling short of the basic 2 litre recommendation and so, this week I am setting you a hydration challenge… watch the video above to find out how and why you should be drinking enough water.
