This week, I want to share some of my favourite and most effective exercises for strengthening & toning your tummy muscles – which form part of your ‘core’.
Core strength is really important not just for vanity purposes (we would all LOVE a flat toned stomach, right?) but also for good posture, reducing injuries and preventing lower back pain.
These exercises are especially great because they can be done anywhere – at home, in a hotel room or even on the beach – and they don’t take long either. You’ll notice improvements by doing just 30 seconds of each, once a day! Brilliant!
