This week’s advice is to keep a track of your progress towards your goals… It may seem an obvious thing to say, but so many people forget to track how they are getting on and then get demotivated because they feel like they’re not getting anywhere.
I use a training diary to track my personal best running times and I write down my weight, body fat & measurements in the same diary and that really helps for me to track my progress.
If you’re lacking motivation this week, try writing down a list of 20 successes/progressions that you have made since you started to achieve your goals.
