Last week, I gave you step 1 on how to lose weight & get fit in time for Christmas, which was to set your goals that you want to achieve between now and Christmas.
Your goals need to be specific, measurable, realistic and have a deadline and you want them to mean something to you – for example a goal of fitting in your favourite party dress might motivate you more than a goal of losing X amount of weight.
