This week, I am switching my attention to you runners who have entered a spring marathon or half marathon.
If you have been organised and entered a race then the chances are you are already running regularly so my advice won’t come as too much of a shock! If, however, you’ve entered a race and not started training yet then make sure you watch the video to find out what prep to do between now and the new year.
