This week, and over the next few weeks I want to help you get running!
I know running isn’t for everyone, but I also know that a lot of people would love to be able to run but just don’t know how to get started or perhaps you’re worried about not being very good at it.
Well, worry no more because I am going to make it very simple for everyone to get started (regardless of whether you have run before or not) and in 6-10 weeks, if you follow my advice, you’ll be running 5K non stop!
My top tips will also help anyone who is already running and wants to get quicker and be able to run more comfortably. This session alone has helped me knock over 5 minutes off my 10K time since the start of the year.
