In this week’s video blog, I remind you of the importance of keeping hydrated especially when the weather is hot!
My advice is suitable for everyone – regardless of whether you are exercising or not.
Benefits of keeping hydrated:
Body temperature control
Increase brain function
Boost immune system
Reduce headaches
Better muscle efficiency & exercise performance
Prevent unnecessary snacking
Improve skin health
Healthy bowel function
If those benefits don’t make you reach for a glass on water then I don’t know what will!
