As the weather changes and we move in to Autumn/Winter you may find it harder to get motivated to exercise. So this week, I’ve put together some ideas & motivation for keeping up your fitness routine without even leaving the house!

You may find it harder to get out of bed with the darker mornings or more tempting to go straight home from work so you can get snug in front of the TV, but I promise you won’t regret making the extra effort to start/continue your exercise regime over winter. Those happy hormones will come in handy when the cold really kicks in! And just think of the money you can save on heating bills when you’re sweating it out with a living room workout!
