As lots of you are away on holiday or will be going soon, I want to encourage you to use the time to plan ahead for your Autumn (or Christmas!) health, fitness & weight loss goals.

And don’t be panicking if you’ve put on weight or lost some fitness over summer – it’s inevitable if you are out of routine and on holiday. The main thing is you have a plan of action for when you are ready to get back to normal routine.
