I’m sure you’re thinking no foods are off-limit when on holiday (because, you’re on holiday!) and to a certain extent that’s true, but what I want to talk about is making smarter choices to prevent weight gain.
So in this week’s video blog, I talk about what foods to eat & what to avoid whilst on holiday so you can maintain your weight & feel more confident about your body.
If that doen’t encourage you to eat smarter then I don’t know what will!
