In this week’s video blog I talk about achieving another popular Personal Training goal –
TONING GOALS!
In the video I give you my favourite toning exercises and talk about how many reps / how often you’ll need to be doing them to get the best results.
My advice is simple and you’ll get results GUARANTEED by as early as next week if you follow my advice!
You just have to start doing it and KEEP doing it for at least a few weeks and make it part of your lifestyle.
Here’s some of the benefits of toning up:
Feeling happier & more confident when you look in the mirror
Clothes fit more comfortably
Increased strength / endurance
Less muscle fatigue
If those benefits don’t convince you to start toning up then I don’t know what will!
