In this week’s video blog I talk about achieving another popular Personal Training goal –
FAT LOSS GOALS!
To get the best results, make sure you have watched last week’s video about inch loss goals and also step 5 which was about weight loss goals as you’ll need to do all 3 things to get the best results.
My advice is simple (not necessarily easy!) – but you’ll get results GUARANTEED if you follow my advice!
You just have to start doing it and KEEP doing it for at least a few weeks and make it part of your lifestyle. No more fad diets or quick fix results- think small steps to bigger sustainable success.
Here’s some of the benefits of having less body fat:
Feeling happier & more confident when you look in the mirror
Clothes fit more comfortably
Improved health and lower risk of illnesses & diseases
Improved exercise fitness & performance
More energy & less fatigue
If those benefits don’t convince you to start losing inches then I don’t know what will!
