In this week’s video blog I talk about achieving another popular Personal Training goal –

INCH LOSS GOALS!

To get the best results, make sure you have watched last week’s video about weight loss and also step 3 which was about fitness goals as you’ll need to know about both nutrition & exercise.

My advice is simple (but not necessarily easy!) – but you’ll get results GUARANTEED if you follow my advice!

You just have to start doing it and KEEP doing it for at least a few weeks and make it part of your lifestyle. No more fad diets or quick fix results- think small steps to bigger sustainable success.

Here’s some of the benefits of losing inches:

Feel healthier, happier & more confident about your body

Clothes fit more comfortably

Save money not having to buy new clothes!

Improved health and lower risk of illnesses & diseases

If those benefits don’t convince you to start losing inches then I don’t know what will!
