In this week’s video blog I talk about achieving my favourite type of fitness goal –
RUNNING GOALS!
I love running (and have done so for half of my life!) and I really enjoy helping others to start running and achieve their goals too. Why?… Well, for most clients they can’t even imagine being able to run 5K when they first start so to see them progress and surpass their own expectations is just amazing for me!
Here’s some of the benefits of running:
Lots of feel good happy hormones
Increased fitness & stamina
Healthy joints & bones
Toned muscles & increased strength
Reduced stress levels
More energy and better sleep
Feel healthier, happier & more confident
Reduced illnesses & diseases
If those benefits don’t convince you to start getting fit then I don’t know what will!
