After doing the London Marathon a couple of weeks ago and then going on holiday, I am now super keen to get myself back in to shape and of course help you to get fit & feel great in time for summer!
So this week’s video blog (above) gives you step 1 of the journey.
It’s a very simple step, but massively important on the road to success!
