In this week’s video blog I talk about reviewing your progress towards your health, fitness & weight loss goals. It’s really important to make sure that a) you are taking the right action b) you are putting in enough effort to get the results you want.

If you haven’t felt any benefits then you may need to increase your effort and/or tweak some action points, but definitely DO NOT give up or change your goals!
