This week, I’m going to mention the C word a few times (Christmas that is) and yes I know it’s only August, but we need to start taking about achieving those Christmas weight loss, fitness & health goals NOW. The sooner we think about them, the longer we have to achieve them and thus (hopefully) the more likely we will achieve them – no excuses approach remember!
So this week’s homework is pretty simple… Firstly, watch the video above. And secondly, do what the video tells you to do. Simples, right!
