It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! And running is a great way to burn off all of the party food & indulgences. It’s definitely one of the main reasons why I keep my training regime up in December!
If you haven’t already started running, now may be the time – if you want to be able to fit in your favourite party dress at New Year that is!
