I love starting a new year – the fresh starts, new opportunities and endless possibilities of what you can achieve in a whole year!
First things first, let’s recap on my key 5 steps to achieve absolutely anything
1. You’ve got to set your goal – so you know what you WANT to achieve
2. You’ve got to have an action plan – or at least a few ideas on how to get started
3. You’ve got to take the first step – any kind of action big or small and be consistent with that action
4. You’ve got to track your progress – so you know if what you’re doing is working
5. You’ve got to praise yourself for success & repeat successful actions or adjust unsuccessful actions
Each 5 step cycle will take approximately 1 month so let’s use this week to start with steps 1, 2 & 3 (see video above) and check back next week for the next steps.
