Since the start of the year, I have been talking about achieving your 2019 health, fitness & weight loss goals. And hopefully you have got the year off to a fantastic start and you’re well on your way to achieving your goals. If so – WELL DONE! If not, it’s never to late to start and I promise you won’t regret it.
Here are some of the goals you could be achieving between now and Easter/Summer.
- Lose 1-2 stone
- Drop a dress size or two
- Feeling more confident in your bikini
- Run your first 5 or 10K race
- Feeling more energised & less lethargic
- Feeling healthier & happier in the sunshine!
