Lots of clients have got the running bug at the moment (maybe you have too?!) so I thought it would be a good opportunity to share with you some words of wisdom as to how you can get started and/or improve your running this Spring.
I use this type of training to increase my speed – it has helped me to knock 38 seconds off my average mile pace since the start of the year!
