This week, I want to share my advice on what to do if you get a sport/exercise-related injury. Of course, all injuries are different so you will need to consider all the facts before taking this advice or any other. The main thing is not to panic, keep positive and come up with a plan of action for overcoming the injury. Injuries aren’t the end of the world – I like to see them as a test of my resilience.
