Over the past couple of weeks, I have been talking about how to lose half a stone before Christmas (and YES it is still possible if you start today!)
If you were super keen and started when I gave you the original plan then you should be in week 3 by now and hopefully have already lost 3-5 pounds?!
Well done if you have already seen some progress – the main thing is to keep doing the same actions that have got you the success so far and you WILL continue to be successful!
If you haven’t seen any progress as yet then don’t become disheartened. Let’s look at how you can make some small changes that will make a big difference.
Firstly, are you clear on what your goal is and WHY you want to achieve it? Do you need to write this down and remind yourself WHY you are doing this in the first place? Is it to help you feel more confident? Do you have an outfit you want fit in? Is it for health reasons? Let’s get clear on WHY…
Secondly, are you prioritising your goal? Are you making time to achieve your goal? Do you need to plan your diary better so you have time to exercise/meal prep? We all have the same amount of hours in a week – you just need to prioritise YOU…
And thirdly, are you thinking positively and believing in yourself? Are you setting realistic expectations of yourself? Are you giving yourself credit for the effort you have put in so far even if you haven’t given it 100% (as yet)? If you think positive thoughts, you’ll make positive choices and you’ll get positive results.
