This week’s video blog goes out to everyone who has been working hard to achieve their health, fitness & weight loss goals since the start of the year. You’ve earned a recovery weekend with a few ‘treats’ too if you like!
If you are going to indulge this weekend, try and be a bit more active (walking, running, cycling, fitness DVDs etc.) to counter-balance the naughtiness and remember to get back on track first thing Tuesday morning!
