Christmas is only a few days away and I just want to say a big WELL DONE for the progress you’ve made and the hard work you’ve put in over the past few weeks. If you’ve been following my advice & programme each week and you are now up to running 15 minutes (or more) non stop then you should feel fantastic. Especially if you started right at the beginning with 30 second running intervals in November!
If you are super keen to achieve this 5K goal before Monday then you may want to sign up for a Parkrun on Saturday or plan out a 5K route from home so you can definitely say you have successfully achieved it. If, however, you are happy to wait until next week then just keep this video safe and achieve the goal before the new year instead.
Either way you have smashed it! Have a fantastic Christmas and New Year and I’ll see you again in 2018!
