I get asked quite a lot… “What is the best exercise for [insert goal]?” so I thought I would share my top tips & advice on the best exercises for weight loss, fitness, toning, strength and flexibility – allowing you to maximise your time and start achieving your goals sooner & faster than before.
It’s also no coincidence that our Bounce Fitness classes and Personal Training sessions incorporate all of the above so if you need any extra help with your goals then we would love to help! Here’s what we have on offer currently:
