After a Summer of holidays, day trips & perhaps some over indulging, now is the perfect time to get back in to an exercise routine and start feeling fitter, healthier & more energised.
To help you get started, I’ve put together some key exercises that are suitable for all ages & abilities – especially beginners. All you need is a chair, some floor space and a wall.
