What is Bounce Fitness?
- Total-body cardio & toning workout using mini trampolines – saving you the time of having to do separate exercise classes so you’ll feel much fitter and fit in to your favourite clothes much sooner
- Fun, fast & friendly – so you’ll enjoy your new exercise routine and want to keep it up and achieve your fitness & weight loss goals much quicker than any other form of exercise!
