What is bounce fitness?

bounce fitness is a total-body cardio & toning workout based on mini trampolines. It is fun for all ages & abilities and can be done as part of one of our Bounce Fitness classes in Leicestershire or at home using our bounce fitness mini trampolines & home workouts.

Lose weight with bounce fitness! The additional gravity acting against you when you bounce, means you weigh more than when you exercise on the ground. And when you weigh more, you burn more calories so you’ll achieve your weight loss goals quicker with bounce fitness!

Protect your bones & joints with bounce fitness. The workout is low impact – meaning it won’t damage the bones or joints like other forms of exercise such as road running or aerobics. This will help you keep up your new exercise regime without getting injured and ultimately achieve your goals quicker!
