Our 45-minute mini trampoline classes will bounce-start your fitness goals and cater to all abilities – especially beginners.

We aim to make exercise fun with our friendly instructors, welcoming atmosphere & lots of bouncing too!

What is Bounce Fitness?

Bounce Fitness is a total-body cardio & toning workout using mini trampolines. We combine mini trampoline cardio exercise with body weight resistance exercises (such as squats, press ups, sit ups etc) so you can achieve all your fitness goals in one class!

How much are Bounce Fitness classes?

Your first class is free to try then it’s 6 classes for £40 (plus an extra class free if you sign up on the night of your taster class!)

Do we offer pay as you go?

In the interest of helping you to achieve your fitness goals, we don’t offer PAYG classes. We do, however, offer flexible bookings so you don’t have to attend consecutive weeks and your passes are valid for 3 months. This ensures you get the compounding benefits of exercising regularly but still flexibility around your schedule.

Is the class suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We love to help ladies of all ages & abilities – especially beginners! The class is designed so you can go at your own pace and not have to keep up with a routine or any one else in the class. Everyone is very friendly & welcoming too – including our fab team of instructors. Meet the Team here.

How many calories do you burn per class?

Bounce Fitness burns between 300-600 calories per class making it a great calorie-burning workout to help you achieve your weight loss goals.  This is aided by the additional gravity acting against you when you bounce, meaning you weigh more than when you exercise on the ground. And when you weigh more, you burn more calories so you’ll achieve your weight loss goals quicker with Bounce Fitness!

Is Bounce Fitness good for the knees?

Mini trampoline exercise is low impact on the bones & joints – so it won’t cause damage like other forms of exercise such as road running or aerobics. This makes it great for people with knee problems. (We suggest you check with your GP or physio first).

Do the trampolines have bars to hold on to?

The trampolines we use do not have bars to hold on, but we do this on purpose to help you improve your balance & coordination. If you always have a bar to hold on to your balance wont improve.
