Steve specialises in injury prevention and utilises his knowledge of how the body works alongside his passion for helping people. Away from work, he loves to relax watching sports and films, as well as being outside in the sun (preferably with dogs!)

Charlie
Bounce Fitness Instructor
Charlie works full time in the NHS as a Clinical Trainer. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, walking her sausage dog and all types of exercise. Charlie originally joined Bounce Fitness as a client in 2024 before qualifying as a Level 2 Group Fitness Instructor soon after.

Rachel is a qualified ETM Level 2 instructor as well as a certified Boxercise & Les Mills instructor. Rachel really enjoys being active and in her spare time she loves cafe hopping and having a wonder around charity shops to see what treasures she can find!

Dawn works full time as a Senior L.S.A at a school. Her spare time involves sausage dogs & keeping active and she loves a sunny beach holiday! Dawn has been a Bounce Fitness client since January 2024 before starting her Level 2 Instructor qualification and joining the team in 2025.

Bounce Fitness Instructor
India is a Level 4 Personal Trainer, and also holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She has been personal training and teaching group exercise since 2017 and loves supporting people wherever they are in their fitness journey. India enjoys triathlon, horse riding, strength training, hiking and running with her dog in her spare time.

Gemma
Bounce Fitness Instructor
Gemma has been dancing and exercising since she was 2 years old, singing and dancing all through school and then after training in Musical Theatre at the age of 17 she went on to perform with Vienna’s English Theatre Company, as an underwater stunt artist for film and tv, she learnt to fire eat for Pantomime (“oh no she didn’t !”) and worked in film, tv and theatre for over a decade. She also got her Exercise to Music qualification during all the above and taught aerobics and different styles of fitness classes across West London and then across Oxfordshire. She has recently moved back to Leicestershire with her Husband, dog and toddler to be closer to family and now teaches CLUBBERCISE, multi sensory baby classes (Hartbeeps) as well this new challenge of Bounce
