Who is Becky Bounce?
Becky is an award-winning Personal Trainer who specialises in mini trampoline exercise. She has helped thousands of people to improve their health & wellbeing at her Personal Training studio in Loughborough (Leicestershire, UK) and with her DVD workouts Bounce for Beginners and Bounce for Fitness.
Becky has also previously set three new World Records for the most people on mini trampolines at one time and enjoys long distance running in her spare time!
What is Bounce?
Bounce Fitness is a total-body aerobic workout based on mini trampolines. It is fun for all ages and can be done at home on your own, in the office with colleagues, in school P.E. lessons or outdoors with the family. Bouncing is just as enjoyable done alone or in a group – and you can use my Bounce for Beginners workout DVD for motivation if you need.
Bouncing is very effective for anyone who wants to lose weight. This is because the additional gravity acting against you when you bounce, means you weigh more than when you exercise on the ground. And when you weigh more, you burn more calories so you’ll achieve your weight loss goals quicker with Bounce!
Bouncing is low impact – meaning it won’t damage the bones or joints like other forms of exercise such as road running or aerobics. This will help you keep up your new exercise regime without getting injured and ultimately achieve your goals quicker!
