Mini trampoline exercise burns up to 500 calories per hour depending on how much effort you put in. The harder you push down in to the trampoline – the more calories you’ll burn!
Do I need any equipment to do the Bounce for Beginners workout?
Yes, you will need a mini trampoline and if you would like an extra challenge you can also use small dumbbells for some of the exercises.
How many times per week should I do this workout?
Bounce for Beginners is split in to 3x 30-minute workouts. If you are a complete beginner, start with the Intro to Bounce workout and do this 2-3 times per week until you have mastered the technique and built up some fitness. If you have been doing other types of exercise, but you are new to bouncing you may want to do 2 workouts back to back 3-5 times per week.
