You may find the journey to be challenging at times, but please understand that this is completely normal and in order to progress to the next level we need to face these challenges head on together.

THE PROGRAMME
The programme will be designed with your goals & preferences in mind and is our best advice given your current level. We really want you to enjoy your training because you’ll be more motivated to work harder, continue training in the long term and achieve & sustain your goals.
You should aim to follow the advice we give you to the best of your ability – including attendance at all of your onesixeight: fitness sessions. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule any sessions.
All training sessions last 30 minutes. Please be on time for your session and ready to start when you arrive so we have as much training time with you as possible. More training time = achieve your goals quicker.
Please wear appropriate clothing for your session. We recommend a light cotton or sports t-shirt/vest with shorts or leggings and trainers.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Commitment
In order for our working relationship to be as successful as possible you can expect a high standard of service from us.
We promise to offer the following throughout your time on the programme:
1. The recommendations we make for your health, fitness and wellbeing goals will always be in your best interests. Based on our professional expertise and experience we will only recommend exercises and practices that are necessary for getting you a successful result.
2. From time to time your trainer may make recommendations that challenge you and encourage you to step outside your comfort zone in order to get you the best possible results. With this in mind, please be open minded and willing to give yourself the chance to improve and achieve your goals.
3. Finally, it goes without saying that you can expect a high level of expertise, knowledge & support from us whilst we help you achieve your personal goals in the most efficient way.
In return for the above commitment from us, we naturally expect a high level of commitment from you:
1. All sessions and packages must be booked and paid for in advance in accordance with your specific programme. Payments should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your first session unless agreed otherwise.
2. Please be on time for your sessions and dressed appropriately. The more actual exercise time we have with you, the more we can help you achieve your goals!
3. Aim to give 100% effort in every session and throughout your programme. If you follow the programme to the best of your ability we promise that you will see and feel the benefits!
Cancellation Policy
Programme fees will not be refunded (in part or full) if you change your mind or your circumstances change preventing you from attending the sessions. Programme fees are also non transferable.
We offer a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your first month of training. If you wish to request a refund, you should call Becky before the end of your first month. Email requests will not be accepted.
If you are unable to attend a session you must text or email giving at least 24 hours notice for the session to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will NOT be rescheduled.

In order for us to spend more time helping clients and less time doing admin, we use a system called Mindbody to keep a record of your personal data and attendance, purchase & communication records. We will require all clients to use Mindbody as a condition of training with us.
You can access your online profile via www.onesixeightfitness.com/online-schedule and enter your username and password that has been sent to you in a separate email.
Contactable Hours & Methods
We are always happy to help, however, it is important to respect that your trainer needs to look after his or her self in order to serve you better. With this in mind, please refrain from contacting our trainers outside of our normal working hours (Monday – Friday 6.30am-7pm) unless agreed otherwise.
Attendance at your first session assumes you accept the above information.
DISCLAIMER
Any exercise programme carries with it an element of risk. The sessions are designed to minimise the risks whilst providing an effective workout. Please inform your instructor if, for any reason (such as injury or illness), you feel you should not participate in a certain exercise.
If at any time you feel undue pain or excessive discomfort stop the activity and inform your trainer of your symptoms. You are free to withdraw from the programme at any time.
- I accept full and complete responsibility for my own goals that I have set for this programme.
- I agree to participate in the exercise session described to me by my trainer and I understand that in order for the programme to remain effective it will change and progress as my fitness increases.
- I understand that I may withdraw from the sessions at any time.
- I agree to hold onesixeight: fitness free of any and all liability for any subsequent injury or health complication that though unlikely, may result from or be aggravated by my participation in this programme.
- I understand that payment for all sessions must be made in advance and that I am not entitled to a refund if I am unable to attend any sessions.
- I will also take it upon myself to notify my trainer of any changes to my medical history or current state of health.
