“I hated not doing exercise but could not motivate myself to go to gym on my own. My asthma was getting bad and the scales were not looking positive. I was very stressed and not sleeping, but fitness classes were difficult due to family commitments.
I contacted Becky after seeing that onesixeight: fitness had a variety of times that I could make.. plus it was only half an hour! My only reservation was that all the other clients would be super fit and not friendly, but on speaking to Becky, I felt reassured I could do the session and not feel intimidated. Everyone works their hardest and we all encourage each other. It’s very friendly and the instructors are great – not over the top but really make you work.
The process has been fantastic. I feel motivated and really look forward to sessions, even when I feel shattered on a Friday evening! Becky is a fab trainer and has an excellent team.

“Being a very busy self-employed person, I found it difficult to take any time for myself. Seeing the ad on Facebook was just the incentive I needed – surely I could spare that bit of time for me?
From the first session, I have loved every minute of it. Becky’s enthusiasm and motivation is infectious and I now look forward to each and every one of my classes. In fact, I miss them on the days off.
The classes themselves fly by with a mixture of aerobic, core and toning exercises, all of which I love. Each day a different routine – from squats to jumping jacks and from push ups to cruches and more – I’ve even mastered the dreaded burpee! The camaraderie amongst the other participants is great too – always encouraging each other to keep going. For me, the fact that there are never more than 4 or 5 people too is a big plus – it means Becky ensures that we’re all doing each individual exercise properly.
The results are great. I’m definitely fitter, which was my main aim, trimmer and more toned and I’m sure I now stand taller than my 5’2 and a half inches!
I recently rode in the Palace to Palace Bike Ride in London (from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle) with my husband and son. 72km without being out of breath once – which considering I’ve only been doing the classes for two months is a fantastic achievement!!
I’m looking forward to continuing with Becky at the helm and building up to my next challenge – whatever that might be.”

“I had just moved to the UK with my partner for his work. I comfort ate for many months to fill a void and in doing that gained allot of weight this made me feel worse in myself.
