As the official training provider of the Loughborough Half Marathon, taking place on Sunday, 25th March 2012, onesixeight: fitness has devised two 7-month training programmes for beginners and advanced runners. Every 8 weeks, onesixeight: fitness will make the programme available to download for FREE on this page.
